To the tune of Oh Tannenbaum...

Code:

Oh Dave Lav'ry
Oh Dave Lav'ry
When will you give us a game hint

Oh Dave Lav'ry
Oh Dave Lav'ry
It surely will be a big hit

An obtuse picture would be nice
Or maybe something that has blue ice

Oh Dave Lav'ry
Oh Dave Lav'ry
How desperate are we for a hint

It is never a good sign when the mentors resort to caterwauling, er, singing...::safety::

Maybe we can send out a recon group up to Manchester and find out what this years game is. Heck with the clue.

I drove by there last week, nothing new/exciting or suspicious trucks driving on the highway. Although that walmart truck I passed did seem a little suspicious! ;)

Now that the nuclear option has been used, has it been effective? and How can we tell? Is it possible that Dave was in a sound proof room when this was used? Or will this echo throughout the space time (or at least CD) continuum?

>BOOM<

Hehe, I remember that password. "Drive.Straight?turn.LEFT?!"

Ohhh, I better finish my rewrite of "The Night before Kickoff"

Oh. My. God.

I think my brain just exploded. I certainly know my ears may never recover...

Bring me ... a herring!

Dave, I believe that song was the shrubbery you wanted. It's not fair to keep changing the conditions on us.:p

Oh, and I was debating looking up the lyrics to "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" and then tweaking them.

P.S. Dave, don't give in! It's so much more fun to see the games the "locals" devise when left without any official hint--and so many more evil ideas for the next season!

Herring? Fish? Red? Red Sea?

Dave might as well be screaming it. Water game!

I too will anxiously be awaiting the first game hint this year...

I would bet two Krispy Kremes that the 2011 game is named Top Secret.
(unfortunately the KK store by us went out of business)

Is it a bad thing that after seeing this I promptly began looking through the page source for anything suspicious or hint-like (nothing so far, by the way. still looking)?

There is nothing to see here. These are not the hints you are looking for.

And yes, it is a bad sign. I believe that you are well on your way to being a FIRSTaholic, if you are not one already.

Oh jeez, is there a cure?

I don't think anybody knows. There's trying to quit FIRST, but that doesn't work very well in most cases. The best way is to graduate, then go somewhere with no FIRST, and ideally no internet so you can't track FRC activities. That doesn't always work, though, especially the internet part.

When will this be posted? It will be posted, right? On its own thread?
