NetBeans download error: StackOverflowError
I was attempting to play with java, but when I click the play arrow to run the code on the robot, it produces this output:
Code:
init:I have encountered this on NetBeans 6.7.1 & 6.9.1, I have the first plugins installed, and I have set my team number. Is there anything else I must do? |
Re: NetBeans download error: StackOverflowError
Did this happen the first time you tried uploading code?
Is the NetBeans Project set properly? Have you tried running the code on another computer? It's an interesting place for a stack overflow to occur. It doesn't seem likely that a problem with the code could cause this error, but have you checked for infinite loops? |

Re: NetBeans download error: StackOverflowError
Unless your user account is really "\***\", I'm not sure what's going on. Have you tried a " clean and build"?

Re: NetBeans download error: StackOverflowError
In NetBeans, right-click on the project (in the upper-left P"Projects" pane), and select "Clean and Build".

Re: NetBeans download error: StackOverflowError

Re: NetBeans download error: StackOverflowError
I tried running this on a different computer, and it worked, so it must be this computer. Does the JDK version matter? I had to do a fresh install of JDK 23 on the other computer, so I looked at the JDk version on my computer, and it is 22. not sure if it makes a difference, but I tried updating and it failed.
