Why I love Chief Delphi
 

This thread is a perfect example of how great Chief Delphi can be. Although every single word goes way over my head, it has been a very entertaining read. People across the spectrum of age and experience have contributed to the thread. I did not see any "wasted posts". Both questions and answers were well-researched and thoughtful; criticisms were constructive and productive. An outstanding and shining example of CD at its best.

This is always my goto example when I think about the awesomeness of CD.

A simple question by bored students about drilling a hole in a magnet turns into quite a discussion about the physics of magnets.

This is a favorite thread of mine. The team has taken the time to build a positive and supportive environment in which to live and work. They are also providing service to the community on a level that supports other students their age and they are helping their own school. I love the whole project.
