When are submissions due?

Does anyone know when submissions are due for Excellence in Design Award - 3D Design and Excellence in Design Award - Animation?

I tried going to FIRSTbase and got a the following message:

The Education Community site is currently undergoing system improvements, please come back after January 9 6:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
