Classmate '10 reimaging failure

Hi, our team, 2853, have recently atempted to reimage our '10 classmate, but to no avail. We were able to succesfully reimage the computer, but when the clsasmate is rebooted, it does not get past the Windows loading screen. It flashes a blue screen and the classmate quickly restarts. We have tried reimaging the classmate again, and we have tried starting the classmate in safe mode. How do we fix this problem???

Are you sure you got the correct drive?

Should say '10 on the back not '11

Re: Classmate '10 reimaging failure

It sounds like a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). Try to disable automatic restart which will enable you to see the specific blue screen and error code. A BSOD can result from a bad installation and or corrupt system files or even hardware failure.

Edit: It is important to make sure you identify the blue screen. If it is a hardware failure then you shouldn't waste time trying to reinstall the image. If it is merely from a corrupt install then you can format and try again.
