Any charger with the following specs will work:
input 200-240Vac, 50-60Hz, 1.7A output 20Vdc 2.0 A Go visit your local electronics discount store and see what they have. $40 sounds about right, unless you can find something in a surplus discount bin. |

I'm pretty sure mains power in Ohio is more like 120 VAC.
