Victors

Can Some one please let me know if we are allowed to use Victors for our electrical system. I was not able to find anything about it in the manual.

Thanks :)

Re: Victors

Victors are included in the Rookie KoP.

So, according to <R27-A>, they are legal.

Quote:

Robots entered into the 2011 FRC shall be fabricated and/or assembled from COMPONENTS, MECHANISMS and COTS items that are constructed from:

A. Items provided in the KOP (or their exact REPLACEMENT PART)

Re: Victors

The contents of the rookie kit defines this for you. I believe there is a victor in the rookie kit so, yes, victors are allowable. Since the vexrobotics website lists them as FIRST legal, I'd say that's plenty of confirmation, too.
