Scoring Mechanism

Out of curiosity, what is everyone else planning to score with? A claw, elevator lift, or some other option? Our team is debating on the claw right now, and I have a feeling that's the design we will end up choosing. Oh and please, explain why you chose what you did.

Elevator-type lift. In a way. (could change tonight or tomorrow)

Re: Scoring Mechanism

Elevator-type lift, but our drivetrain decision will probably change that to a rotating claw.

We aren't going to have a scoring mechanism, we're just going to get our human players from the baseball team and have them throw the tubes onto the pegs :D

Telescoping arm or scissor lift

Then the minibot will score us some points

Thanks for the responses guys. So I'm seeing a pattern of Elevator based scoring here, any reasons behind this? I would imagine it would be very front-heavy. What are you using to counterbalance?
