You are gonna have to be more specific about what you need to know.

There is a section of the manual all about the minibot, did you read it?

What specific rule are you curious about? If you are referring to the change made in Tuesday's Team Update, what the rule says is that you cannot use any energy stored on the main robot (hostbot) to get the MINIBOT to the top (i.e. Shooting). The only energy available to the minibot is what you can get from the battery and the two motors they allow you to use. Other than that, There's not much.

First question: Do you want minibot deployment or minibot construction/inspection?

Second question: Have you read the Game Manual Sections 3 and 4?

Third question: If you said "yes" in response to the second question, did you notice the sections marked "End Game" and "Minibot" in the respective sections?

Ah.
Section 3:
<R19> gives allowed Minibot pole-climbing power sources. Especially read the blue box.
<G20>-<G22> give where and when you can deploy the Minibot.
<G23>-<G25> give allowable defense on the Minibot.

Section 4:
<R91> tells you the maximum size dimensions of the Minibot.
<R92> tells you what you are allowed to use on the Minibot.

Some word processors have a translation function. It may be useful to take advantage of that (copy and paste from the PDF, then activate the translation) and see if your reading gives a similar meaning.

For future reference, maybe put that you don't speak english very well in your signature. This makes it more understandable, as i originally thought this was a troll thread.
