Line tracker help

Hi,
This seams like a stupid question but i cant get my line trackers to turn on. I've got brown wired to +12v, blue to ground, and white to signal, but when i turn the robot on, none of the LED lights on the line tracker turn on.

Seems like it's wired right. Do you have a circuit breaker plugged in for it?
