You can always form the team as a 4-H club. That way you can include people from any school. (we have a 4-H club in Iraq so I know it can be done internationally). Exploding Bacon started 6 years ago with 7 kids and 4 college mentors and a couple of parents. This year we have 51 kids. There is nothing wrong with starting small.
