Location of Mounting Holes on Banebots Bearing Block
 

Does anyone have the Banebots Bearing Block, 2.5 x 2.5 inch, 0.5 inch, with Ball Bearing (PB-S5002-BB)?

It doesn't specify the location of the 1/4-20 mounting holes on the website.

Does anyone happen to know the locations?

Happen to have one in front of me.....

The four on the side make a square that is 1.5" center to center.

The two on the bottom & top are approx 9/16" from the edge to center, 1-3/8 center to center.
