Axis Camera problems

Today we are trying to setup the Axis Camera for the new season with the setup axis camera.exe. However, each time I run it it says "Unable to connect to camera. Ensure that the camera is connected to the computer and that the IP settings are correct." but the camera is connected and the IP is set to what the documentation tells me. I'm just looking to see if there might be something that I am over looking

Never Mind we have figured it out. it seems that i was trying to use a older version, and if it wasn't that I'm not to sure what i did
