Bimba Cylinder Legality

We recently purchased the "NCDGBN25-2400-X142US" cylinder from Bimba and we want to know, is this legal to use?

Can you quote any Rules that make you think it isn't?

I'm not the pneumatic person on our team so I don't really understand the rules for it. He isn't available at the time to ask him and he asked me to check it out.

Re: Bimba Cylinder Legality

Rated for a working pressure of at least 125psi?
Rated for a burst pressure of at least 250psi?
Listed in <R66>? Yes(letter J)
Not listed in <R67>?

If the answer to all of these questions is yes, then it is legal.
