FRC Labview 2011 License

Recently, our programming team decided to post our robot code on GitHub for the benefit of other teams that wanted a little more than the base starting template. Right as we were about to upload all our code, someone mentioned that some of the code might be under license. We were wondering, can we legally post the entire 2011 FRC Game project in a public repository?

The license is in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.6\readme
