Activation Error

I have installed labview along with the updates needed. I receive this window when i try to run it. What is wrong?

i am using the serial: L13R02200

Try re-installing the FRC activation tool in the FRC utilities installer on the disk that came with LabView. If that does not work, make sure that you are fully updated.
