photoswitch

we have 3 photoswitch sensors , do we need to use one of those to follow the line (although there is a linear sensor) , or the three of them is used in the minibot . does following the line require a photoswitch ???

Re: photoswitch

The photoswitches are perfectly suited for detecting the gray gaffer's tape on the carpet. It is possible to follow a line using only one of them, it is easier to follow a line using two, and it is very easy to follow a line and detect the "T" at the end of the line using three.

The 2011 Robot Project in LabVIEW includes an autonomous mode that uses three photosensors to track the line and stop at the end.
