Light Sensor Output

Anyone gotten the Light Sensors to work with Java(netbeans)? Our wiring is correct as far as we can tell, although we dont know what L.O. and D.O. mean.

Re: Light Sensor Output

"Our wiring is correct" means nothing to us. Explain how you have it wired so we can tell you if there's something different you should do instead.

LO is the "Light Output" and DO is the "Dark Output". Either one or the other will be active (i.e. switched to ground) depending on whether the sensor is looking at a light or a dark surface. You only need to connect to one of them.
