ROOKIE Programmer- no Green for Robot Code on LABView Driver Station

When I try to enable the driver station to test out new codes the robot code is red, and the driver station does not allow access control to teleop. Why is it not green, if anyone can respond with info it can help. thanks

If any of the indicators to the left of the enable/disable buttons are a dull green, you cannot enable. You need the USB stop button connected, you need to have your driver station connected to the robot, and you need robot code loaded from a separate computer (or whatever). Which ones are lit?

Can you describe the steps you are taking to try to get your program to run? Be as detailed as possible. We might notice something that you're doing wrong, or failing to do, that would keep it from succeeding.

If you haven't areledy you might want to check out some of the documentation that FIRST gives you about the driver station. http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprogr....aspx?id=18530

Ensure that your labviwlew and driver station files are up to the most up to date version. Also, ensure that when you deployed the code, the deployment status window (the small window that pops up) says that deployment is successful. If you need to update, update labview first, then your labview util, then your driver station and redeploy the labview code again. Hope this fixes your problem.

Make sure that you Build All then Run As Startup rather than just doing a Deploy.
