Camera for Live Feed during Teleoperated Mode

Is there a rule that says if we can/cannot have a Live Feed from the camera of the robot to the drivers station during the teleoperated period?

No rule explicitly addresses the question. Section 2.2.8 of the manual implicitly permits it by listing the available TCP ports and their typical use.
