Laptop image issues- rookie team

Hi, this is team 3594 out of Roanoke VA. The rookie image FIRST gave us is corrupted and our 2GoPC will not image correctly. Any help? If anyone has a rookie image that worked, please get back to us if you can help.

Hopefully a team close by will be able to help you. But you should also contact FIRST to get a new image thumb drive on its way - they should have replacements.
