Submission Process?

Wasn't that supposed to be released on the first (no pun intended :) ) ?

Am I crazy for thinking this? Or am I just crazy for thinking that it would be released on time? :P

no it does say that more informaiton on the submission process will be released on the 1st.

so yes it is late but everything else has seem to come out late this year as well.
