Problems with C++ CANJaguar

Does anyone know what this error means? We can't find anything on it using Google or the ChiefDelphi search.

We are using a black Jaguar bridge, and the kPercentVbus mode. Our Jaguars are all at firmware version 92. We have installed the v27 update that came out yesterday on our computers and our cRIO.

From my experience it is a communication error. I can't give you an exact reason why, but check cabling and CAN ID numbers.
