Banebots and Spikes

Everyone,
I am going to post this thread in electrical as well because it is important for everyone to be aware of this issue. Three of the Banebot motors have stall current ratings that exceed the maximum current spec on a Spike. These motors are:
BaneBots RS540 42 amps
BaneBots RS550 85 amps
BaneBots RS775 30 amps
Although the current robot rules do not require these motors to be driven with a speed controller, you may want to make that part of your design. The Spike is designed for 20 amps and contains a 20 amp fuse for that reason.
