Jaguar Problem

Hello
Our jaguars are blinking yellow whenever we turn the robot on. What is wrong?

Thanks

Re: Jaguar Problem

Here are some possibilities:
  • The robot is disabled
  • The Jaguar PWM cable is not plugged in, it's plugged in backwards (black to the inside on the Jag end, black to the outside at the Digital sidecar end) or it's otherwise faulty
  • The PWM output the Jaguar is plugged into is not Opened in Begin.vi (might just be plugged into the wrong PWM)
The blinking yellow means no one is communicating with the Jaguar.

Hey Mark,
We got it to work. It was a whole connection issue. Now our problem is the following. When we enable the robot in teleop, when the joystick for driving is moved only the wheels on the right side move. I checked to see if it was the wiring, but it is not. I confirmed this by running in practice mode and autonomous. In autonomous both wheels moved.

If you need me to send you any of our vi codes, just ask me and i will email it to you.
