Animation Submission Broken?
 

Ive managed to submit my storyboard and picture of the animation but the site will not let me submit the actual animation. It loads to 100% but the shockwave crashes. Anyone else having that problem?

We did not have that problem. Obviously, the video took a LOT longer to upload than the storyboard and jpg (to the point where I was beginning to think that the system hung) but it did eventually go through.

In years past , you could re-upload if you need to fix something. Does anyone know if that's still the case?

I was able to upload everything, but found some typos. Reluctant to submit if I can't over-write later

I tried to upload our animation for about 8 hours and then it crashed. The file size is about 226,875 KB.

Does anyone know a trick other then patience?

We are having the same problem. We have uploaded the scan of our storyboard and our preview picture but when we want to upload out video it says that the feature has not been implemented or it will just flat out crash. Does anyone else know what is going on?

For me, it's crashed IE every time. In firefox, it says 'feature not uploaded' when I am attempting to upload the actual animation. Now on to chrome I guess...

Ours crashes too. It loads, but then Adobe Flash crashes. Hopefully this will be fixed before 5:00 tomorrow... or the deadline will be extended.

We tried it with IE, Firefox, and Chrome and they all crashed :(

can someone please please please tell me how to submit??? i can't find anything on autodesk that helps. =(

Is your movie under 250 MB? Ours was 304 MB without audio - then added audio in iMovie, and when it was saved from iMovie, the file was only 68MB - way compresed - lost some saturation but seemed decent. ANYWAY, all this to say our's uploaded pretty easily - under 10 minutes. It was only 68 MB, though. Used Firefox to upload...

I had all the same problems everyone is experiencing. I emailed FIRST@autodesk.com and they directed me to tech support. I was then given a link to a drop box. The tech support uploaded my video from the drop box.
