I'd try to keep all the pages have the same theme and I am not a fan of Flash.

I'm going to have to agree with this. Flash makes it hard to pay attention to everything, and it's hard to view on a phone. (Which I do often) And you need to pick a theme, and make all pages that way. Variety is nice, but not that much of it. You need a constant in order to make a math equation give a solid value.

I hate to be the cruel person, but it needs work. But still, it's impressive what you guys spit out.

If you do decide to stay with flash, at least keep navigation areas the same. I don't like searching for the menu bar, and yours jumps around to different parts of the site.
Also, the font on your front page is not really readable to an older audience, and the different colored text can be annoying at times.
Your actual content looks good though!

You've got some pretty FLASHy stuff there. And from the looks of it, you have some good content as well. But there's a fine line between really cool and really cool but annoying. This, unfourtunately, seems to cross that line.

I would agree with the others that at the very lest, keep the navigation bar consistent.

One thing I would add would be a team Bio/mission statement on your homepage, here's a link to our website, check things out. We didn't win Website at Atlanta for nothing last year ;)

I definitely agree with this. It will be a bit easier on the viewer if you keep every page the same, it will all have a better flow. Great work though. I personally love the design background to the "our team" page.

Just my 2 cents.
