Cutting and Fusing Belt

Hello, we're considering cutting and fusing some long gates belt for a conveyor. Have any teams attempted this previously?

I doubt you'll have much luck fusing rubber timing belt. Try urethane belt instead.

Do you have recommendations for tacky roller material?

Polycord. It was used in all sorts of ball systems in 2009, and on some of the 2007 claws. It's not too hard to fuse together by hand with some heat and patience.

my team is using a belt lock to hold the sides together but it only works if you don`t need the belt to do a full revoloution
