When I hear clicking I immediately move to the circuit breakers. They are temperature devices and when they open they cool quickly and reset. As to the sometimes moving, it could be difference in motors, wiring losses or Jaguar calibration. I just went to the most obvious first. The main breaker can withstand over 600 amps for a few seconds. The battery can supply that but with all the wire on that robot, the series resistance will limit that to more like 500 amps at full charge.
At any rate the robot is talking to us, we just have to listen to find out what is wrong.
