The quotes we say when describing things we don't understand

Hello,

I have noticed that when I am trying to describe something I don't understand, I will use very descriptive words, such as "woogie" "spinny" "whackie", etc.

Example:
Quote:

You know that woogie whackie thing that makes the dinguses move? Yeah, its broke

We've resorted to calling the throttle control on the joystick a "wikky-wikky."

When asking one of my team programmers what he was doing he responded with a "oh you know....its like....yeah...you hit this and....boom....DID YOU SEE THAT?!?"
