Camera dislikes cRIO

We are trying to set up a camera and are having a very strange issue. While the camera seems to work with older cRIOs (with the exact same code and image) it doesn't want to show anything with this years. All help would be appreciated.

Are the case of the cRIO and camera shorted to the frame? They shouldn't be.

The code has been confirmed to be correct, what is happening is when we plug the camera into the cRIO, both the green and yellow lights are solid and we think that the yellow light is supposed to be flashing

My camera was runnig before I did the drive station and the 3.2 labview update. after this the camera didn't show in the dashboard(drive station).

and when i passed the code to the robot, there are errors about the camera.
