C++/Java Vision Tracking

My team (1741) needs camera luminescence tracking code. After some research, it seems to me that any documentation for the Java/C++ version is relatively sparse.

Does anyone have any example C++/Java code for processing retroreflective targets? Any help is greatly appreciated.
