Unable to open resource files!?

I just installed the 3.2 update for labview and it told me to restart the computer and i did and i tried opening the code it says "Unable to open resource files?!? What is wrong! Please help it doesnt open! Not even labview, we get the same error!

I did extract the files and then ran the installer

Reinstalling LabVIEW was the only solution for me.
