Cypress Not Connecting

Whenever I plug our cypress into our original driver station it works but whenever we plug it into our new (Non netbook) driver station, it does not show up. We have tried re-flashing to the v2 hex again but it still does not work. Bear in mind that I can talk to it in the PSoC programmer and the CyMiniProg3Service is started. Any ideas?

Be aware - the FRC version of the software for the Cypress board is NOT compatible with the Cypress software you got with the board. I have not been able to successfully use the Cypress on anything but the Classmate (with the software that came with it when imaged). Installing any of the Cypress software immediately hoses the Cypress communications, to the point where a full reimage of the Classmate is required. I wish I had those drivers by themselves.
