I want to thank our alliance captian 1559 and our other alliance Partners 3010. They were a steal late in the second round of picks. They were a perfect complement to our alliance with a great autonomous and a fast minibot. 1559 was a tube scoring machine!

I want to congratulate 781 1126 and 1241. They put up a hard fight till the end.

The last finals match was amazing. I'll never forget that. It was great to be pretty much field-side to watch it, too.

Team GaCo would like to congratulate the Buckeye Reginonal Champions, that second seeded alliance was too much for everyone to handle!!!!! 1559, 3138, and 3010 was a well thought out alliance!!! A special thanks goes out to 3138 for use of their minibot(s) throughout the whole competition. Your team is truly a class act and definitely represents what FIRST is all about. We thoroughly enjoy working with your team on and off of the field. 1126 great robot all weekend, 781 a true scoring machine, 1038 always a good robot and very consistent, 291 always great playing with you and thanks for the help with the HIGH score!!!!!! And to the rest of the teams, thanks for the great competition weekend, and the unique designs!!! We hope to see everyone at Championships!!!!!

Thanks to 1559 & 3138 for making 3010 part of that great alliance. Congratulation to teams 1126 1241, 781. No one could have asked or a more exciting finial round!

3010 was lucky enough to share the buckeye regional highlight reel with 1629 again this year. In 2010 we were able to use your ramp to create the show stopping photo op of our robot sitting on the tower. This year with a whole lot of help from 291 they set regional high score of 116.

Re: 2011 Buckeye Regional

Thank you to Teams 1038 and 144. Team 1038 so far in the past two years we have been a team you seem to always have your trust in us as a alliance partner. We always try to do our very best to come through for you guys and hopefully next year we will make it even farther together.

Team 144 you proved to be a defensive powerhouse. We were relieved to have you guys as our alliance partner and not to have to face against you.:yikes:There is no telling how far we would have gotten without your help.

I would like to also congratulate 1559, 3138 & 3010 on their regional victory! Its was amazing to watch all three robots hang uber tubes in autonomous mode and then have 1559 and 3138 score consistently on the top rack. All I can say is you guys definitely earned it.

Also congratulations to 3138 on winning the chairman's award in only their second year. From starting out as a unknown small rookie without a major sponsor you guys have without a doubt made a impact in the FIRST community. Great Job!

Re: 2011 Buckeye Regional

What an exciting regional event coming all the way down to the final match!

Team 3138 would like to start off by thanking our alliance partners 1559 and 3010. Thank you 1559 for picking us and creating a great alliance and 3010 completed the alliance with a fast minibot and extremely reliable autonomous. There was no weak link in this alliance!

Team 3138 would also like to thank teams 48, 1038, and 1629. We still remember all the help teams 48 and 1038 gave us. Without that help our rookie year and our second year would not have been nearly as successful. We still go to both these teams for help and they are always there when we need them. We cannot say enough kind words about 1629. They are a great team to talk to, and when it comes to the values of FIRST there is no better team to emulate. We would also like to thank both of our pit neighbors 306 and 291. They were great teams to be next to for the weekend.

Congratulations to 1126, 781, and 1241! The final matches would have gone back and forth all day long. Thank you for the great competition. We would also like to congratulate 3193 and 379 for the great performance all weekend. Although we know 379 didn't get ranked very high- just looking at their opr, ranking score, and our scouting reports made them stand out as a dominant team. 3193 also had a great run all weekend. They had the highest average tubes scored per match at the buckeye regional in qualifying matches, and that is something to be proud of.

Thanks again to all the teams who attended!

:) - I'd like to think the hot glue on the PWM cables advice was most beneficial to you this year. :p

I'd like to thank 3138, and Josh in particular, for helping out our design collaboration partners Falco Tech 3193 (with their fraternal twin robot) with sorting out some initial issues with their autonomous sensors.

Congrats to the Innovators on all their success in Cleveland - I'm looking forward to seeing you all in St. Louis.

Congrats to 3193 on their successes at Buckeye - it was really fun keeping up with them on the webcast as we were competing in NC. Watching their drive team throw our shared practice bot around in the weeks before the event, I knew they were in for good things in Cleveland! I received one phone call related to the autonomous mode, which they worked out with 3138's help; other than that - silence all weekend. Kudos to your pit crew!

379 - you already know how I feel about your team and overall program, which I feel is one of the most unsung programs in all of FIRST. I've also been a firsthand witness to how hard you've worked on that robot, and to see it function so well in autonomous (go Jordan!) and other phases at Buckeye was awesome. Hold your heads high! :)

2010 - Congrats also to the Champion Lightning Bots for improving on their robot performance and making it to the elimination rounds in Cleveland.

3 NEOFRA teams in the elims and in the top 10 at Buckeye. Our friends on 1038 and 3138 doing well - I was very happy to see so many friends performing at a high level in Cleveland this past weekend. Congrats to all!

Close match everyone! and awesome playing I watched some videos and was blown by the success of autonomous modes on both teams!

Dude gabe, 1559 alumni here I was team captain four years ago, and was on the team when it first started. You guys totally blew my mind when I heard you guys won a regional (and got a firetruck escort on the way back into victor!!??). my year we went to nationals and didnt do so hot, but still had a blast. Glad to see our team still getting super excited about how awesome that stuff is, and kicking a$$ at it.

Graduating from college, and FIRST robotics still is at the top of my resume, and even got me two consecutive internships at nasa's goddard space center, plus a job afterwords, even with a not so hot gpa. Goes to show that interest in the stuff and motivation means more than anything. Keep up the good work everyone!
