Need Help with Geting our robot to run

We have gotten our code to have no errors at all but when we deploy it and activate teleop the joysticks show that they are working, no errors come up but the robot doesn't respond, we have 4 drive motors and 2 window motors along with 4 solenoids. what shoud we do

Also it seems that when watching labview the teleop doesn't seem to run even though its turned on by the DS

What is the big orange Robot Signal Light on your robot doing?
What is the value of the battery voltage displayed on your Driver Station?
The Driver Station shows revision information for the DS and the cRIO. What are they?

the signal light is blinking 9 times slow and 2 times fast, the battery is fresh off the charger

Are you positive everthing is wired into the Crio correctly. And have you edited the teleop or begin code at all, if so, i recomend taking the frc template unedited and download it to the robot, because just because there are no errors, does not mean you have the code written correctly. If it runs fine with the template code, then you will know it is your code. If it does not run, then it will have something to do with wiring, jaguars, or motors.
P.S. always iscolate the variables one by one to find the problem, then once you know what the problem is, you can solve it. Good luck.

just copy the file that is stored on your c drive onto a thumb drive(DO NOT DRAG AND DROP!!! I MADE THIS MISTAKE AND LOST DATA AND HAD TO REDO THE WHOLE PROGRAM) and attach to a message.

ummmmmmm, enlighten me on what you want the robot to do, because unless you want it to do something really complicated, you are doing way more work than you have to in begin vi and teleop vi, i did not look at autonomous because that won't affect teleop.

look at our program, it drives just fine and has a two motor arm.

and our teleop is in one of my recent posts, just find all my posts.
