Finding Max Power rating

To use a non-KOP servo, you must prove its power is under 4w as per team update 3.

A motor we wish to use has 9.001 kg force cm torque and and its speed is .16 sec @ 60 degrees.

How would .16 @ 60 degrees be converted to RPM?

60 degrees / 0.16 second = 375 degrees/second
(375 degrees/second) / (360 degrees/revolution) = 1.04 revolutions/second
1.04 revolutions/second * 60 seconds/minute = 62.5 revolutions/minute.
