The output of the IMAQ ExtractColorPlanes function is an IMAQ Image. The IMAQ RGBtoColor function you're trying to use wants a single RGB value. You're trying to feed a whole picture into a conversion that expects a pixel.

What's your goal? There's probably an established way to get there.
