I honestly think Dave had an isolated bad experience, as my experience with McMaster for personal, academic, team, and company projects has been nothing but exceptionally fast, reliable, and professional service.
If you want a McMaster catalog, just consistently order a lot of parts and they'll send you their catalog unsolicited after a few years; at least that's how 228 started receiving McMaster catalogs every year. |
