Problem with PSoC 3 FirstTouch

Hey
We have followed the instructions on the frc 2010 Installation Guide for the Programming Laptop in order to understand how to use the PSoC 3 FirstTouch module, but when we opened the Driver Station, we got no indication that the module was identified. Can you please help us?
