Engineering Notebook?

We have been doing FTC for 3 years now and then we moved on to FRC this year. I was wondering if an engineering notebook required for FRC? I have looked through the manuals and cannot find anything on it and just wanted to make sure.

No, there is no engineering notebook in FRC.

Well engineering notebooks aren't required in FRC but they can be helpful with awards submission, continual education, and can be used as a communication method not to mention that they are good practice for "real world engineering" and they can help improve students' writing skills. Sometimes they are used as attendance records. I would recommend that you continue using them even if you don't have to.

Not required but still a good idea. We keep one every year.
