nice but i thought there was a rule that said the robot cannot pass the perimeter of the base of the minibot pole before the ten seconds, what happened to that?

Nope, the minibot can't go across that perimeter before the 10 seconds. But for the Hostbot, Q&A was asked if the hostbot could cross the perimeter, and confirmed that yes, the hostbot can.
