I apologize, my mistake. (I tried to pull those stats together too fast and missed a couple things). That makes 11 WC for Curie teams this year.

From my experience... the cream will rise to the top... I also remember our first year...2007 and how a little all maroon team that no one thought could win took it all from a division that was supposed to be the "lowest" ranking division... (Do you remember that Trent? The Maroon Wall. (987, 177, 190).

How could you forget...??? .)

By the way, we look forward to pitting with you guys... we should be right next to each other!!! 1986 and 1983!!

Good luck to you guys!! We have several teams celebrating their 5th year...
Let's put some of them on Einstein!!

Yea it should be very cool, stop by when i'm there.:] Im really excited to meet teams ive never met and stuff but its cool to hangout with teams Ive met in the past. New friends and old ones! (Now for scouting and speculation) I think especially after last year losing to the winner of curie and everyone expected for them to win 1114,469 but lost in finals on Einstein I believe anything can happen. Upsets are very easy in this game due to penalties, and the massive amount of ways to get a red card. so I'm not one to jump full on who's going to win just due to statistics. But I do believe statistics help for reading the playing field and knowing what to watch for ect. This probley was TL:DR but I think that this is going to be a great week of fun for curie.

I feel like Curie is going to be a great division this year and tell people around not to sleep on us.:D

Trust me, I've seen you. I wouldn't be sleeping on you ;)

Nah, you should just feel good about yourself. I've been scouting a long time... I wouldn't say things like that about anybody ;)

Team 2996 may have gotten here on Chairman's, but we've still got a robot! At the risk (and with full knowledge) of being shamed by the robonauts epic video, I'm going to post team 2996's robot video here! Can't wait to see you in St. Louis!!!

You left out a World Championship for 51 in 2003 (from the 65 half of the team).

I have to plead ignorance on this one. That is before my time in FIRST and I was relying on FirstWiki for the info.

And, for those that have thought it to be very odd that a guy from 343 is on here... I am traveling with and helping team 2751 for Championships.

2751 has a record of 24-9 on the year. This includes Finalist at the Palmetto Regional, and Champions of the North Carolina Regional.

They can hang and ubertube reliably, 2+ logos on their own, and has a fast, reliable mini-bot.

Here are links to videos from their action at the North Carolina Regional.

Robot Photo (Pre-ship) is here: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/photos/36489

YouTube channel, including our toughest qualification match in Colorado (Q#35) where we hung 1 in auto, hung 5 additional pieces on the top row and had a first place minibot. http://www.youtube.com/user/TeamTita...11/2JvmLInOQBk

Wednesday night will be a busy time for us in St. Louis. We had the fastest and most consistent mini-bot in Colorado along with an autonomous that hung a tube in 15 consecutive matches. We've got a whole new minibot and autonomous planned. We're also in the process of tracking down a drivetrain issue. We seemed a bit underpowered in Colorado as compared to KC. Expect the new and improved robot to turn a few heads.

This is our 3rd consecutive year at champs. We do not take our place here for granted. It is an honor to join the distinguished field at Curie, and our scouts will be watching this thread with great interest.
