I am truly humbled that my team could be part of the inspiration for a great team like Bedford Express. I'm actually slightly amazed considering your team was founded in '03 in MI and our FLL outreach was still in its early stages in the DE area before '03.

As much as I would like to play a match with BX, MOE is Curie not Archi; so it is not happing yet. However, we will be sharing a set of fields in the pit and the dome  . I am just posting on the Archi thread to share OPR data, and I couldn't resist the juicy trend Jack threw out there. Curie and Archi play each other in the Einstien semi finals so maybe we will see you there ;)

Interesting tidbit - the top four ranked teams from Michigan will be in separate divisions, and got there in alphabetical order: (coincidence?)

#1 33 Archimedes
#2 67 Curie
#3 2137 Galileo
#4 27 Newton

Unless that is a sneaky way of leaking inside info ;), I am going with coincidence, considering the uneven way the 29 FiM teams were distributed amoung the divisions:
Archimedes 11 teams
Curie 5 teams
Galileo 6 teams
Newton 7 teams

I don't believe it is coincidence - if you look at last year, the top teams in MI were very evenly divided as well. My guess, looking at the distribution, is that it isn't just MI being split up - it seems the top teams from FRC are being pretty evenly distributed. Only makes sense to do it that way.

MEDES!!!!

This is going to be an exciting division. With Michigan powerhouses such as 33, 1023, 1718, 1918, 2054 and 3098 represented and traditional powerhouses such as 118, 45, 177, 330, 360, 1912, and 1912, eliminations are definitely going to be pretty intense. I second the hope of an all-Michigan alliance going to Einstein .

i think your missing one

Team 931 Checking in from St. Louis. I can't wait to get to St. Louis!! Oh wait.. I'm already here!!

This is going to be a fun competition! Can't wait to see everyone there!!

If anyone in this division needs a minibot, team 931 has got 5 extra's for the taking! (~ 1 second)

Charlie, how about bringing one of those minibots over to the 2081 pit in Curie?

Pole climb time trials, for bragging rights -- plus a can of SPAM.

Hmm - we'll have to bring our mini-bot for some Spam as well. You know - I could throw in some Ramen Noodles to add to the pot.

Archimedes is no Galileo, but I really like this division. You've got your "big guns" with 33, 118, 177, 1918, and 2016 that all have a very good shot at #1 seed and taking the division, but this division has a very large middle ground. Not as top heavy but a LOT more even.

What are we doing here? Supplying the winners with a month's supply of college student food?

I'll bring some Mac and Cheese

That's what I'm picking up from this list. If I wasn't a college student right now, I would offer some of my Ramen noodles.

LOL My lego team went to worlds 2 years(2000 & 2001 - We started with FLL in 2000 and added FRC in 2003) and met MOE! Good stuff! Would LOVE to see you on Einstein!! LOL Course. we would love to see anyone on that field. hehe
