Hi all,

I was just wondering if any bot had trouble with the interference of the flag at the ill. regional? Cause we had rip the flag off multiple times at our regional, we even snapped one pole in half. We got a warning from the ref for being to rough to the field . The rules state that the flag would only be removed if a few bots have problems with it. So I was just wondering did any bots have trouble with the flag interfering robot functions.

Thanks.

As a matter of fact. in chcago there were numerous times that the flag had been ripped off or taken off by a robot (not intentionally) But there never was a time that any damage was caused. They just replaced it back on the pole.

We caught the flag once when are floppy lift was going up, we are attached to the pole so we are right under it. Our floppy lift just tore the flag off and left the pole.

Also when we bring down our lift it catches up on the pole bad, but since it is after the match we just run out there and hold the pole out of the way.
