I was really hoping to see Chairman's being announced tomorrow, but I guess it was because all the HOF robots were on stage tonight. Regardless, awesome job 359. You've been a great example for me since I first met your team back in 07 at the Trenton regional as a freshman. Wearing my 359 polo tomorrow in your team's honor :)

Glenn,

You've been an inspiration to all of the teams in Hawaii and now you're the shining example for all the teams in the world.

It couldn't have gone to a more deserving team and, as I expressed to you when you won in New York, I knew this was your year.

Keep up the good work spreading the aloha spirit throughout the FIRST community!

I was surprised at the awards being made tonight, but it sort of made sense.

They were putting FIRST on the "same stage" as the performers, get it? :D

PS 359- I still have the lei of shells you gave out in NJ back in 2007 :D

Wow. That is absolutely awesome. I've been rooting for them to win this for a while now. I have had a chance to work with them and get to know them after attending the 2008 Hawaiian Regional. They are an excellent team and it amazes me to this day how much the aloha spirit fits with FIRST.

Going back to when 1618 shared an arena with the Hawaiian Kids, we've known that they're a great group of people. This is exceptionally well-deserved--but I'd hate to be their cart-pusher with all the crowds that will be coming by to congratulate them tomorrow. ;)
