Championship Lost and Found

Saturday, during field take down I found a Regional Chairman's medallion. It was located near a red IUPUI tote bag. The tote had some duct tape along the seam. I found it in the stands on the field between the Curie/Gallileo pits. The stands were the ones closest to the Curre pits. If this is yours, please send me you address and I will get it back to you.

Also, there were several team flags left in a trash bin near the Newton fields. I hope you picked them up before they threw them out. One team number comes to mind...2378. I think it was an Irael team.

Just an FYI - the flags were in the trash bin because that's what we used to store the flags during matches, not because they were to be thrown out (unless they were in one of the legitimate trash cans, which I doubt)

Do you know who to contact for a missing jacket on Newton field?

They are probably in the real garbage by now. I bet there were 50 too 75 teams who left thier flags behind and I wasn't taking them home with me this time (my car is full of deflated tubes for the Rah Cha Cha Ruckus. I barely have room enough fo rmy luggage).
Teams need to be more aware of reclaiming their property. If you took time to make it you should take the time to treat it with some measure of respect and remember to reclaim it.

Well I already made a thread about a found NASA helmet hat in the Archimedes division. It was found in the stands. We would like to return it to its owner ASAP!

I'm sorry to report that they crashed and burned and there were no survivors.

That's what I meant to say.

During the Awards Ceremony, someone from the Pal-Mac FRC team in Rochester left their sweatshirt at their seat. 1511 grabbed it and is hoping that we can get in contact with someone from the Pal-Mac team! (Raider Robotics FRC 1518).

If anything, the team will at least get it at the Ruckus next fall.

So if anyone from 1518 is looking for their sweatshirt, 1511 has it and awaits your word!!

If you lost something at Championship, or any regional, contact FIRST (frcteams@usfirst.org) with a description of what was lost and where it was lost. The staff in the operations department will do their best to return any items turned in to Pit Admin to their owners. Pit Admin sends items not claimed to FIRST headquarters so that they can be returned if you notify FIRST about them. Be aware, not every lost item gets turned in!
