[Inventor]: Align an assembly horizontally

I was working on an assembly and I foolishly ungrounded the grounded piece, causing subsequent rotations and moves to get the whole assembly aligned at an angle to the ground. How can I fix this?

You could try constraining each of the work planes in one part to the work planes in the assembly.
