I just want to make sure that everyone understands that the Application Notes are part of the Rules.

There are MANY, MANY things that are allowed and MANY, MANY things that are forbidden in these notes.

Please, Please, PLEASE! Read the Application Notes -- If you have questions, ask them now.

Don't find out that you could have done something better if only you knew it was allowed by reading the App-Notes Or, worse, don't find out on Nov. 17th that your robot is illegal.
