Ed, can we call this official? Also, could you please forward me relevant lists?

Ryan, I wouldn't mind something like that, but I know some (perhaps most) people prefer drafting live. I'd vote for it, but it's not my call.

While you're at it, can you guys fix that randomizer too? ;)

However, just a suggestion: if needed, why don't we have drafts where each team would have to send a list in to the runner? Then the runner would just have to get the random draft positions, and go through every teams' list, assigning the corresponding picks to the team that picked them first. After that is over, teams can post on the thread if they want to swap out any picks for ones that are still left in the available pool.

Sometimes we have had a tier where this happens with one exception. It's usually accidental. The drafting program used to have an autorun portion, but nobody used it at all.

On the updated schedule, I'll take Rutgers for tomorrow. I'll set up tonight so there's extra time, and send Basel lists as soon as I know which of the other two he's taking.

Akash, I'll be using my program, which has a more random randomizer.

I'll take Colorado.

By the way, I'm having a little trouble with the Draft Assistant (made sure to download the latest version); it doesn't want to automatically download team lists, though manual team lists work fine. As for everything else, it took a few tries, but I've entirely reacquainted myself with the program and it's working dandily.

Did you grab the latest update? I had trouble early on with that, until a fix was put in to grab this year's lists.

I use the one built into the draft assistant program. Ed uses an online randomizer.

I like the draft assistant program better :) Can Ed possibly switch to using that since it would make the draft position more consistent. Or if Ed could post up what he uses.

Eric or Basel (or whomever), do you think you could post a tutorial on using the FF Draft Assistant? I've opened it up to see if I could use it, but it's not very user friendly.

Actually after just playing around with the draft assistant, I think I got it. I just need to know all the event codes (guessed ga for peachtree). My above request would still be nice though.

Have you read the ReadMe file that came with it? Or do you need something a bit more?

The other thing is that it uses the frclinks event codes. http://frclinks.frclinks.com/ at the bottom of the page.
